I accept text and image files which can be edited and commented on using Microsoft Word Suite, Adobe, or through Google Docs - whichever you prefer.

Any writing will be delivered through your preference of .rtf .doc .pdf or Google Docs.

Editing:

Most Editing work can be completed within 4-8 weeks depending on my current to-do list and calendar. Rush charges may apply for large projects/depending on the deadline. I tend to book out months in advance, so consider contacting me for a quote and to lock in a slot early!

Writing:

Most Story Writing work can be completed based on project length. Shorter projects of a few thousand words can take from a week, up to months for novel-length projects. This includes any research, outlining and approval, writing, revisions, and a final proofread. Rush charges may apply depending on project length and deadline.

I will be in contact with you throughout the process of writing to ensure that the vision you have for your story is what appears on the page.

Payment for online chat sessions must be made in full prior to the scheduled session's start. Sessions are a minimum of 1 hour.

I require a 50% down payment at time of acceptance to lock your request into my calendar. All remaining payment(s) must be made in full by the final due date prior to delivery of final file(s).

I will send a Paypal invoice to your email for both your and my convenience.

Full refund of down payment if cancellation request is made 11 or more business days before scheduled start date.

​

25% refund of down payment if cancellation request is made 6-10 business days prior to scheduled start date.

​

No refunds will be given for any projects cancelled 5 or fewer business days before the scheduled start date.

I also do not offer refunds on any payment(s) received once a project has begun. Please ensure you are able to pay the full amount prior to sending any down payments/requesting a payment plan.
